Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Country refers to Nigeria and global operations.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service.
  • Service refers to the Website, shop, and all services provided by FematTech (web development, software, digital marketing, academic writing, copywriting, etc.).
  • Terms and Conditions mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service without parental consent.

Services

FematTech provides web development, mobile apps, custom software, digital marketing, SEO, branding, academic writing, copywriting, and related services. All projects are subject to separate agreements and quotes.

Shop and Products

If you purchase ready-made products or software from our shop, additional terms may apply. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website and delivered work remains the property of FematTech until full payment is received. Clients receive usage rights upon completion.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are required as per project milestones. Refunds are case-by-case and generally not provided for custom work once started.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FematTech’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

“AS IS” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first attempt informal resolution.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
