Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- Custom services (web development, software, apps, digital marketing, branding, academic writing, copywriting, etc.)
- Ready-made products or software sold through our shop
Custom Services (Most Projects)
Because our work is custom-made and requires significant time and resources, we generally don’t offer refunds once a project has started. However, we are committed to your satisfaction.
Project Cancellation:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees (if applicable).
- After work has started: Partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the project and work already completed.
- We will always try to find a fair solution through open communication.
Shop / Ready-Made Products
- Digital products (software, templates, etc.): Generally non-refundable once downloaded or activated.
- Physical products (if any): Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Customer pays return shipping.

- Provide your order/project details and reason for the request.
- We will review your request within 48 hours and respond with the best possible solution.
Important Notes
- All refunds (where approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Custom work is non-refundable after final delivery and approval.
